Home kits will not lighten your teeth noticeably. Some contain mild acids and others are abrasive which can cause ulcers and damage to the gums if the product is not used properly. Teeth whitening toothpastes

Laser teeth whitening using a hydrogen peroxide solution
Hydrogen Peroxide is a harsher product to use on the teeth and gums and must be used within the legal guidelines of 0.1 per cent. If high levels are used it can aggravate gum disease and cause teeth to become sensitive.
Zoom teeth whitening
Zoom or Zoom2 as its sometimes called teeth whitening has come from the USA and is very similar to laser teeth whitening. Zoom offers similar results and benefits to laser teeth whitening and the treatment generally takes one hour.
